Sienna Eden Estate, Redbank Plains
Sienna Eden Estate, named after my youngest daughter is a 145-lot subdivision broken into three stages: Stage 1, 2, and 3. It was my first large-scale subdivision, and I managed it entirely on my own. From planning to execution, I led every step. I even created my own civil company, Thor Civil & Civic, specifically to complete the earthworks, infrastructure, and construction for this job.
This project wasn’t just a milestone — it was a statement. A statement that I could take on big players with nothing but my vision, my machine, and my drive. I didn’t rely on contractors. I built the machinery, the team, and the systems from the ground up. What came out of it was more than just land — it was proof that I could being my vision to life
Cumner Road — Ripley
Cumner Road was a 2,500-lot masterplanned subdivision in the heart of Ripley Valley — one of Queensland’s most ambitious growth corridors. The project included provisions for a future school, shopping centre, and key arterial infrastructure. As Development Manager, I oversaw the full lifecycle of this community-scale project, working with a multidisciplinary team and navigating approvals across multiple agencies including the Department of Transport & Main Roads, Environment & Energy, and Indigenous affairs.
Hector Court, Kellyville
MODA Kellyville is a landmark residential development in Sydney’s Hills District, comprising multiple mid-rise towers with a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. As Development Manager, I oversaw the delivery of this master-planned community from planning approvals through to construction execution.
The project was designed with lifestyle and longevity in mind — combining contemporary architecture, resort-style amenities, and smart urban design. My role included managing architectural consultants, coordinating council approvals, and working closely with builders and trades to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with the ALAND brand.
Martin Street, Ripley
This 15.78 ha site represents a pivotal landholding opportunity within the Ripley Valley master plan. With zoning ready for residential transformation, it had a proposed design for up to 151 residential lots or 168 dwellings aligned with AVJennings’ adjoining Deebing Springs development.
Located under 12 minutes from Springfield Central, Ipswich CBD, key education and health infrastructure, and major shopping centres, the site benefits from planned rail and highway connections. As one of the last major undeveloped parcels in the Ripley corridor.
Illawara Region
Strategically located just steps from Wollongong Hospital, this assemblage of five adjoining properties was secured and rezoned with a clear vision: to unlock its full potential in one of the region’s most high-demand medical and residential corridors. With a DA currently in the pipeline, the project includes a dual-purpose proposal:
A modern childcare centre to serve the growing local community and hospital staff.
Over 50 residential apartments, designed to meet demand for long-stay medical workers, families, and investors seeking proximity to the hospital, university, and city centre.
